Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving them.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be refunded.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for returns.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Upon approval, ship the item back to our returns address (to be provided in our response).
  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We may offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
